Job Description
Determine business objectives by analyzing business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Construct charts and diagrams, defining functionality and specifications.
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Define project requirements with milestones and objectives.
Monitor progress of the project by tracking activity.
Prepare required technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Work with cross functional teams.
Exposure to agile methodology and project management tools like JIRA.
Understand the business needs, Breaking down the requirements, and coordinating project status across various clients in multiple time zones.
Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
Contribute to team effort.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics.
Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify ‘intent of change’ is carried through the phase of the project.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience is preferred.
Ability to gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
Analytical and oriented.
Ability to work independently and also as a team.
Organized ability to coordinate tasks of other teams.
