Job Description
Lead the market research
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Execute the project-level initiatives independently
See-through the completion of the project
Work on new business initiatives
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor project KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Requirements:
Proven work experience as Operations Manager / Business Analyst or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience building, executing new business initiatives and projects
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Go-Getter and Achiever
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field V. Prior Experience:
Minimum 2+ yrs of experience in a similar role.
