• To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
• To reach out to potential customers, find and understand their needs, generate interest and set the business and brand credibility by pitching products.
• To follow up on a daily basis with any type of leads assigned to them.
• To prepare student profiles and assist them in booking live classes
• To be a productive and effective member of the InLustro family
• To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their positions in the industry.
• To research and analyze sales options.
• To source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• To understand customer needs and requirements
• To sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• To recommend our solutions to potential clients.
• To close sales and achieve quarterly quota
