GNB Property Software is a technology partner to the real estate agency sector in the UK, developing in-house software products to manage and grow their business. Our integrated suite of technology solutions includes mobile-optimised websites, mobile apps, 360° property viewings, automated social media, and back-office software to manage sales, lettings, management and inventory, delivering exceptional value. We will be providing extensive training to help you adapt to our systems and processes.


As our business development associate, you’d often be the first contact a prospect has with GNB. You would be expected to hold the conversation with the prospects, be confident and be able to create a feel-good factor. Strong communication skills and experience in international sales would be essential assets.


Responsibilities


  • Develop business relationships with potential customers via calls and emails.
  • Handle sales and coordinate the transition and delivery of our products and services.
  • Make high-quality calls to meet the daily & weekly targets.
  • Document your call notes in CRM.
  • Make follow-up customer calls where necessary to secure confirmed appointments.
  • Have attention to detail in following all directions from your team leader/line manager
  • Assist the team in handling the negotiations, performing due diligence and closing the deal.
  • Research customers in preparation for making calls to improve the quality of the call.
  • Work with teams to achieve the quarterly or yearly targets.
