Experience 10-12 Years
1. Driving the Vertical Sales - Tyre for PAN India business for FA Products (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo and Motion, LVS products) in Tyre sectors.
2. Preferably should have at least 34 years of experience in Tyre Industry & posses a core domain knowledge in tyre segment.
3. Candidate should have good exposure of business development and front-end sales of PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, Motion, LVS automation products and its various solutions.
4. Candidate needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration of unexplored OEM/ END USER markets
5. Candidate should be able to interact and discuss with OEM/ END USER customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.
6. Candidate should be competent in promoting & implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.
7. Should engage in proper resources within own organization for specific case as per project significance.
8. Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach.
9. Should work with OEM/ END USER and channel team for annual target, annual plan and its execution.
10. Should work with focused and targeted key OEM/ END USERs to gain business growth & create business awareness.
11. Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects by taking support of various internal and external stake holders.
12. Should be able to establish and maintain the relations with decision makers and management people.
13. Candidate needs to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM/ END USER to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM/ END USER machine or line.
14. Should have effective communication while collaborating and managing the sales and technical team and should show creativity at work with good presentation skills.
15. Candidate to provide techno commercial support to existing customers

1. Domain Knowledge of Tyre sector for its processes, solutions and its Automation needs
2. Complete Knowledge of FA products business which helps for solving customer complaints and
business growth.
3. Constant upgradation of knowledge on technology and competitive trends and market dynamics
4. Technical know-how to understand all FAID Products
5. Strong MS Office knowledge
