Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Air Ticketing and Travel Tourism Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with booking air tickets, manage reservations, and provide expert advice on travel and tourism services. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Air Ticketing:
o Assist customers in booking domestic and international flights.
o Provide accurate fare quotes, ticket issuance, and reissuing as required.
o Handle group ticketing, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
o Ensure adherence to airline policies and travel regulations.
• Travel and Tourism Services:
o Provide information about travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, and travel deals.
o Design customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences and budget.
o Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, and vendors to offer competitive packages.
o Process visa applications, travel insurance, and related documentation for travelers.
• Customer Service:
o Address customer inquiries regarding travel plans, ticketing issues, and travel advice.
o Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Documentation and Compliance:
o Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings and travel arrangements.
o Ensure compliance with international and domestic travel regulations, visa rules, and health requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Freshers or experienced candidates with a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Good knowledge of air ticketing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Smart and professional appearance.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of travel trends, popular destinations, and travel advisories.
• Experience in group bookings, corporate travel, or luxury travel services.
