Recruitment and Development of Business Associates - to manage them and ensure that they achieve their targets, and in turn achieve organizational targets.
Role :
- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
- Dealing with clientele issues.
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Building relations with the Leader.
- Supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Innovating new ideas and new strategies for consistent business flow.
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
- Training the advisors and business partners.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidate must have 3 years of Agency Experience in Life Insurance and Age Under 42 Years
Qualification : Graduate / MBA
Experience: 3 to 7 years of agency channel exposure
Age: Min 25 Years - Max42 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
