2. To generate leads for ongoing & up coming projects.
3. Responsible for Direct sale & Marketing of residential Apartments and Villas in Bangalore.
4. Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio.
5. Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings.
6. Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
7. Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
8. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.
9. Keeping abreast with the organization products and services.
10.Maintaining consistent average productivity.
11.Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them.
