- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management and following up for AMC.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement in sales aspect
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Cross selling and up-selling to make all the customers use one version of the product.

- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills

- Field job Job would majorly require to meet clients for developing new business and take feedback on regular basis
