The person is considered for the role of Business Development activities for HRMS Software and Managed Payroll Services. The duties will involve the following:
Build a customer base for ERP, HRMS, and Payroll Software along with associated Services
Sales Strategies & Campaigns
Cold call/email campaign to generate leads
Call prospective client list and offer products
Presentation and system demo
Technical Sales activities related to prospective customers and partners
Offer the proposal/prices to the identified customers
Make a sale by closing the deal with contract signing
Obtain the PO and ensure timely delivery to the customer
Lead generation, proposal, RFQ, close
Ensure smooth operations from Purchase order receipt to timely delivery and payment receipt in full
Coordinate with the Service Delivery team and enable timely implementation
