10) Weekly reports/ review meeting to be conducted within the management to make strategic planning to achieve the Target.
11) You should be well versed with Product Knowledge.
12) Close Monitoring the Targets weekly to achieve the Monthly goal.
13) Set the Targets on quarterly basis and for a financial year.
14) Customer complaints are to be monitored and the same is to resolved within 48 hrs.
15) To generate the sales through existing and new customers.
16) Reporting on a day to day basis to a senior management.
17) Plan your Outstation Tours well in advance with minimum cost to company. As ultimately your performance will be analyzed on the basis of expense done.
18) You need to provide your Monthly Sales Figure in advance from prospective clients.
19) You need to share your Monthly new Clients visit sheet.
20) All Purchase Orders should be processed with your set credit limit. If any Invoice gets void with late payment, that Invoice shall not be included in Incentives.
21) You need to wear Proper Formal clothing from Monday – Friday. Saturday will be fixed to wear any casuals.
22) All Expenses Sheet should be submitted along with supporting bills to the Accounts Department by 1st Saturday of next month. No Bills will be acknowledged after this in any case.
23) You should carry all Product Brochures, Price List & samples (if require) with you at all times in soft and Hard copy both.
24) You need to contact back-end team for any Proposals or queries. Don’t call your senior executives or Director on phone for small issues.
25) Your all Monthly Report has to be submitted in provided Format on Monthly basis. While you need to report to Director on Daily Basis on What’s app about your client visit. Falling which will effect your marks on yearly performance.
26) You need to maintain proper Payment Follow Up within Due Date with your client.
