Job Description

• Analytical skills for comparing and preparing commercial/technical synopsis.
• Communication and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in interface of SAP , p-first system, MS Excel
• Assist team to complete time bound sourcing activities.
• Documentation and storage for retrieval in future.
• Engage with suppliers/service providers and keep track of phase wise completion of activities.
• Highlight issues to team in case of non-adherence of time line or laid down process steps.

Key Competencies needed:

• Multitasking and quick response time.
• Able to work in high demanding environment.
• Hands on experience on Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of imports / Exports /Purchase and vendor engagement is a plus.
