Job Description

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Leads a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. May allocate/coordinate work within projects.
• Works with internal teams to access relevant data and influence future features and design that will help meet the reporting objectives.
• Extracts business insights to guide direction of learning activities and drive organizational efficiencies, effectiveness and outcomes.
• Expert knowledge and experience conducting data analysis, advanced formulas, and automated reporting in Excel / Power BI / Power Query or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in data visualization and data communication design from analysis to charts to presentation slides
• Defines, develops, maintains and delivers complex strategic measurements that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the organization

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Domain knowledge around Program and Project management, Program Management Office (PMO) is essential
• Individual contributor role ensuring deliverables are developed aligned to development and reporting standards established within the organization
• Strong communicator, ensures working independently and seeks feedback from executives and seniors
• Possesses Data analysis skills and ensure key results and outcomes to support decisions are clearly called out
• Technology experience: Reporting experience using Power BI or equivalent reporting /BI tools, Strong knowledge of Excel including high end features and automation using macros
• Overall experience: Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
