Lead, Delivery Operations (Chennai)
As Lead, Delivery Operations your focus areas will include as compliance, staff utilization, operation health and delivery excellence etc. You will deliver internal business value through data and metric driven approach to problem solving
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate and interact with Key stakeholders from Tiger to enable delivery.
- Responsible for Workforce Management including staffing commitments.
- Streamlining and improving business processes and analyzing the effectiveness of existing business functions.
- Contract management with 3rd party contractors
- Metrics and Reporting
Required Experience, Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Excellent MS Excel skills.Must be hands on with Excel.
Demonstrated ownership to complete tasks on time with quality
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
Demonstrated ability in reporting / MIS
Incumbent should be well organized, versatile, have a keen attention to detail and demonstrate the flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.
