Experience with C#.Net, WinForms, C++, Ansi C, Azure, UniBasic preferred.
Familiarity with SOAP, WebServices, AIX, UniData preferred. 

1. Participates and leads software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.

3. Designs and develops high-quality product by producing clean, efficient code.
4. Tests, debugs, analyzes and fixes application problems/issues.
5. Works closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.
6. Follows the software development lifecycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for software or development process improvements.
7. Participates in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices and conventions, new designs, changes and enhancements.
8. Review and debug code
9. Provides direction to less skilled employees. May design and implement training plans.
10. Interacts with internal and/or external stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
11. Researches and remains informed of new technology and development tools.

Required Skills and Experience: 

1. 3+ years software development experience including project research, design, and development.
2. Financial industry experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
4. Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of complex scope and complexity independently.
5. In-depth technical, analytical, and development skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of C#.NET.
7. Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.
8. Ability to mentor less skilled software engineers.
9. Strong understanding of TFS,JIRA
10. Ability to author functional and technical specifications.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
