Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle the overall operations of the call centre, from procurement to deliveries.
Monitor and train the call centre executives and conduct periodic staff performance reviews to improve overall call centre efficiency
Analyzing overall statistics like call centre trends, sales rates, costs, customer service metrics and efficiency ratio
Ensure high standard for productivity, quality and customer service

Required Skills:

Experience in heading call centre operations
P&L
Inventory management
Only from Food and Beverages/ FMCG background
