Join SADA as a Coordinator, Talent Development!

Your Mission

We are looking for an organized Coordinator, Talent Development! The Talent Development Coordinator will be involved with preparing for and executing administrative tasks that directly impact our employees onboarding and development. You will be an integral part of the team ensuring that our Talent Development efforts run smoothly. Details are described below.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, competent and professional with phenomenal organizational skills. They will be comfortable working independently to manage multiple priorities and carry out administrative duties with accuracy in a timely manner.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Support company-wide performance management process including sending reminders, compiling data, tracking completion, etc.
  • Utilize company Learning Management System (LMS) to launch and track completion of compliance and professional development training courses.
  • Research, review and add relevant trainings to LMS from LinkedIn Learning and other content providers.
  • Coordinate company-wide professional development process including compiling data on spending and trends and answering employee questions on the process.
  • Coordinate requests for department specific training and support Talent Development team in executing the program(s)
  • Support coordination of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for the Talent Development team as needed
  • Serve as the point of contact for all onboarding questions & efforts for SADA India.
  • Assist Talent Development team in preparing onboarding documentation and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive new hire experience company-wide
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Be proactive in all job duties

Expectations

Training - Ongoing with first-week new hire orientation (remote) followed by on the job training. This will also include pre-recorded self paced training on processes and procedures. This role will have a detailed role specific onboarding as well. Details can be shared.

Job Requirements

Preferred Credentials:

  • Bachelor degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize multiple requests, and meet deadline
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of management and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise
  • Must be proactive and show initiative
  • Ability to use appropriate judgment to ensure quality service and resolution
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule in support of North America time zones

Useful Qualifications:

  • Administrative support experience preferred
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred
