Saraly wil be minimum 100000 to 120000 per month)

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of EQL to include budgeting,safeguarding of assets as well as statutory compliance. - Oversee the processing ofrevenue, expenditure and department budgets, general ledger and data entry - Oversee all aspects of accounting, including cash flow planning,reporting. - Ensure SOP documents are maintained up to date. - Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financialstatements, financial reports, monthly MIS,special project/ BUanalysis and information reportsthat are used by CEO &Leadership team. - Present financial reports and analysisto the CEO& Leadership team asrequired monthly, quarterly and on ad hoc basis. - Ensure compliance with local,state and Central Govt reporting requirements on taxes, duties, statutory dues etc. This could be both historic as well as on going. - Ensure recordssystems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. - Coordinate and facilitate annual external audit working closely. - Recruit, train, develop,supervise and evaluate finance/accounting department staff. - Oversee and coordinate finance department activitiestomaximize quality and efficiency of the department.
