Job Description
- To ensure adherence of service process (gate in-gate out) across the Outlets.
- To evaluate business process in accordance to the business standards and identify the underlying productivity gaps to develop and implement solutions.
- To review process adherence periodically, act as governance body of service process and provide the appropriate training required for employees.
- To effectively communicate your business insights and plans to concerned team members and management.
- To analyze the relevant data to increase the current labour revenue from the existing Labour Turnover
- To provide appropriate solutions to reduce the Turn Around Time
