Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Site Engineer with excellent knowledge of civil engineering practices and related works. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, team coordinator, and possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Must be punctual, obedient, and capable of maintaining discipline on-site.
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a proactive attitude.
• Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about the latest tools, techniques, and safety standards in civil engineering.
