Job Description
· Understanding the client requirements and handling the client Queries.
· Shall be a lead point of contact for any/all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales.
· Must have prior relationships with End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them required.
· Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
· Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
· Handle a team of recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them.
· Coordinating with the recruitment teams, setting priorities and to ensure that client’s requirements, delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner.
· Be accountable for revenue targets.
