Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary work of the Executive is to analyze requests and queries and convert them as leads for Sales follow up. Leads are positive responses or enquiries from clients. Marketing Campaigns are sent out by the Digital Marketing team to various targeted customers and those who are interested in buying our products or participate in our events will respond to us. We process these responses as leads and send it to the appropriate account executives or the sales managers of the respective Business teams.
