Designation/Role: CNC Setter / Programmer
Qualification: Minimum diploma
Gender: Male
Experience: 5 years
Work Timing: 8 AM to 4.30 PM - (shift starts at 8 am for every 8 hours shift changes)
Salary (CTC): 28000 - 30000/-
Must-have skills: Computer knowledge, Measuring instruments handling
Working days: 6 Days
Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a CNC Setter / Programmer with 5 years of experience to set up and
program CNC machines for precise and efficient machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and program CNC machines for machining parts according to technical
specifications and engineering drawings.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup,
tooling, and production requirements.
Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
Perform quality checks on parts using measuring instruments to ensure they meet the
required specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process, ensuring minimal
downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on CNC machines.
Collaborate with the production team to enhance machining efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations, programs, and maintenance logs.
