Summary

Responsibilities

Guidehouse is looking for a candidate who is both a technologist and people manager to build and grow the Low Code Platforms team. This team is responsible for building ServiceNow, Salesforce and other low code solutions and applications within Guidehouse’s Asset Based Services India group. The Director of Low Code Platforms will play a vital role building client-facing applications, accelerators and IP while leading the team to execute on delivery. This includes working with team leads to understand business requirements, evaluating technologies, architecting durable and re-usable approaches to common technology challenges, and working with IT—all while managing the Low Code Platforms team to deliver measurable results. This role combines team management, solution strategy, change management, data security, and solution delivery.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Build, grow and lead a Low Code Platforms team focused on providing high quality ServiceNow, Salesforce and other low code solutions.
• Recruit a diverse talent pool to meet the needs of Guidehouse clients while promoting technical excellence in app design and execution.
• Take an active role in building out the collaborative development community across Guidehouse.
• Work closely with the US Low Code account team to assess current and pipeline client needs, plan delivery, set budgets and communicate progress.
• Evaluate and maintain a high caliber team through training plans and certifications
• Engage a variety of stakeholders including account leads, Asset Based Services peers, reporting team, business segments and IT.
• Communicate complex concepts, manage client expectations, and meet requirements under tight deadlines.
• Design and enforce standards, best practices and platform strategy.
• Stay current on Salesforce and ServiceNow trends, best practices and tools.
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management or related fields
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.
• Experience building & managing teams within the Low Code space (Salesforce or ServiceNow)
• Strong familiarity with cloud-based services (Azure or AWS)
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience implementing security solutions for enterprise infrastructure and developing systems to ensure that infrastructure is compliant to security standards
• Experience with infrastructure automation / DevOps at scale to solve for real-world organizational challenges
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 or ServiceNow certifications

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.S. or other relevant degree
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in the software, analytics, or IT fields
• 4+ years of staff leadership
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce design and development
• Expert level experience in REST, SOAP and hands on experience in designing and developing complex integrations between salesforce and third party applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
• Excellent presentation skills
