Design and compile training manuals for employees.
▪ Provide Product Knowledge to employees.
▪ Check employee’s knowledge via conducting t h e test, mock call, drama, etc.
▪ Plan, Organize, and execute training programs for employees.
▪ Evaluate and record training activities or program effectiveness through demonstrating equipment,
operating video recorders and cameras, and leading group discussions or role-playing activities.
▪ Offer Specific Training Programs to help the team to maintain or improve product knowledge and
skills.
▪ Drive standardization and consistency of training practices.
▪ Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
▪ Assess the effectiveness of training design and delivery methods and the impact of training on trainees.
▪ Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
