Job Description

Job Responsibility:

1.Piping:

Experience in piping and support layout design, Equipment Layout, and piping material specification.

Experience in 3D modeling

Experience in GAD, standard drawings.

Experience in Oil & Gas Brownfield and Greenfield facility projects.

Exposure in Design Basis, P&ID, Stress calculation methods and MTO.

Tertiary/technical qualifications in Mechanical engineering discipline are essential.

Engineer with >8 years of experience including project experience in Oil & Gas, LNG projects

Knowledge of ASME & API piping codes

FPSO project background

Site support and Technical Query resolution.

SHELL Project background

Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to interact across multiple disciplines.

1.1 Layout Engineer:

FPSO Module lead

FPSO Module Concepts

2.Material Engineer:

Create piping material service classes based on client requirement and specifications.

Create piping/valve material requisition, specification and data sheet

Coordinate with vendor/manufacturer.

Material management/control at home office

Material management/control at construction site or module fabrication yard

Monitor work front of piping construction and planning/proposal for improvement

Knowledge of Piping material and related international code and standards.

Experience of Oil & Gas Projects, LNG more than 8 years

3.Stress Engineer:

Handling compressors, columns pumps, exchangers, with hog,sag,dynamic, blast load conditions

Piping stress analysis
