Job Description
- Manage site administration, ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality project completion
- Coordinate contractors and employees to efficiently execute construction work
- Assess risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, laws and EHS guidelines
- Lead and develop qualified employees, providing training and performance reviews
- Drive continuous process improvements and escalate technical issues to engineering functions
- Uphold safety culture and health policies, administer disciplinary actions when necessary
Requirements
- 5+ years of wind construction experience
- Experience managing site operations and contractors
- Strong knowledge of safety, regulations and quality guidelines
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to think quickly and address issues as they arise
