Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand end to end talent acquisition process
- Understand all current company job openings being allotted
- Should have prior experience of using Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals for sourcing resumes
- Should be able to close a position from scratch
Qualifications & Requisite Skills:
- Prior experience in hiring in Advertising will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate with candidates and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong relationship management with business teams/stakeholders
