Selected candidate's responsibilities include:
Handle and attend to customer service hotline, inbound phone/WhatsApp, website chat/bookings, and email inquiries.
Assist and provide effective solutions to customers' issues.
Ensure complaint cases are follow-up and managed promptly.
Coordinate services which include allocating and informing service vendors of the bookings and ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsible for documenting all customer info and orders.
Ensure accurate data entries and report generation.
Maintain and ensure compliance with Company's standards and procedures.
Provide administration support to the sales department.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Due follow-up and closure of customer grievances.
Maintain and ensure compliance with Company's standards and procedures.
Ensure due compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by internal & external stakeholders.
Skill(s) * Communication:
English & Tamil proficiency (Spoken) required:
Energetic, self-motivated, responsive communicator.
Collaboration: Understanding and solving business problems
Customer-oriented, responsible, positive, and proactive in duties.
Technical: Quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experienced with CRM systems and Social Media Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Automobiles will be an added advantage
