Hours: 9:30 AM
- 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer
service with a focus on the logistics industry, freight forwarding, and
air cargo movement, ensuring timely and effective communication with
clients.
- Leverage previous industry
experience to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong
client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and collaborate
with clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry
trends to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Any degree
- Strong knowledge of the
logistics, freight forwarding, and air cargo industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
