Job Title : Customer Support Executive
Roanuz Sales and Marketing is expanding the team strength and is looking to hire a Customer support cum Account management Executive. The responsibilities of the role will include technical support to the clients, managing clients, and enterprise accounts.
What we are looking for?
- A good understanding of information technology.
- Experience in SAAS and customer support roles.
- B2B product sales is considered an advantage.
- Understanding and avid follower of sports.
- Very good email writing skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building strong client relationships coupled with good product knowledge.
- Effective key account management who ensures client queries are resolved.
- Should be open to attend meetings and present the product demo with confidence.
- Upselling & cross-selling.
- Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis.
- 2+ years of work experience
