This role is centered on responding to customer enquiries with efficiency and timeliness, by providing an outstanding experience to our customers.

General Tasks:

Handling Incoming calls/ Outbound calls
Replying to customer emails
Chats
Coordination with logistic partners related to order deliveries
Follow up on customer complaints and other e-commerce related tasks

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable with shifts
Quick learner
Ability for multitasking
Self-motivated
Patience and calmness when dealing with angry customers
