Job Description

Chat Support

"Work from Office only, Immediate Joiners only"

We are looking for candidates who are currently staying in Hyderabad/Willing to Relocate to Hyderabad.

Role : Support Executive

Functional Area: MS Excel, Messaging and Mailing Applications

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience : Less than 1 year or Freshers

Salary : 12,000 to 18,000 per month

Qualifications:

· Any graduates

· Basic Computer operating knowledge is compulsory

· Good English skills, language written and oral.

· Capability of analyzing data.

· Excellent follow-up and follow through with ability to stay on top of and anticipate competing and changing priorities.

We are seeking for an aspirants who is attentive, skilled and friendly on the client services and support. In this role, your duties are managing client inquiries, promptly reply to customer based on their mails and messages, to handle queries from customers and provide support to them as soon as possible. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality and also need to manage on the client information based on their request.

Personality Traits:

· Operate with a sense of urgency with Strong attention to detail.

· Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and goal oriented.

· Ability to work with little or no supervision.

· Problem solving, research and follow-up skills.

· Maintain the confidentiality of certain items and assure discrete handling of all business matters.

Note: Essential training will be provided for the supporting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Agent should be responsible for answering queries and assisting customers quickly.

· Able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.

· Should be pro-active to understand the customers concern.

· Patience when handling tough cases.

· Should be patient enough to handle multiple questions asked by the customer.

· Identifying and analyzing customer needs and provide support to customers in an accurate way so that they will get better experience.
