Job in Vadodara for Customer Support Executive

Job Description

1. Lead order related communications with customers
1.1 Recipient of PO from customers
1.2 Check customer PO as per PO scrutiny checklist. Enter order in JDE
1.3 Provide order acknowledgement. Coordinate with production team for readiness date.
1.4 address queries related to,
a. Lead times and stock availability
b. spare part selection
c. container load with combination of machines
d. pare part weight/ related queries for spare part orders.

2. Container export communications
2.1 Check vessel schedules with freight forwarder and inform ETD and ETA to customers
2.2 Confirm material readiness to freight forwarder and get container stuffing date
2.3 Communicate stuffing date to dispatch team
2.4 Forward shipping documents to customer and freight forwarder (.shipping documents are received from dispatch Team)
2.5 Check and approve shipping bill checklist

3. Invoicing.
3.1 communicate following documents to dispatch team on day of shipment for invoicing
a. PI from JDE
b. Draft invoice cum packing list
c. Consignee sticker (soft copy) will be pasted on boxes by dispatch team

4. AR management
4.1 Track AR overdues and work with respective sales manager for collection

5. Warranty
5.1 recipient of warranty claims from customer.
5.2 check machine ship date and forward to Application engineering manager for approval.
5.3 Forward warranty form to Quality team and book warranty order in JDE after approval.

6. Demo/trial machine register
6.1 Maintain demo/trial machine register
6.2 Follow up with respective sales managers to
Return machine back after trial period
