Roles and Responsibilities

• Day to day operational management of security analyst activities
• Perform penetration testing.
• Conduct/Participate in information security audits & ensuring technical compliance.
• Oversight of security analyst programs, including compliance, access control and provisioning, employee awareness etc.
• Provide a basic consulting service for internal stakeholders and projects.
• Support cyber-security incident and operational reporting and metrics
• Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
• Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
• Understand cyber-attack methods, perform analysis of security logs in an attempt to detect/uncover and respond to cybersecurity threats and provide reports.
• Should have good understanding of ISO 27001:2022 standard.
• Should have knowledge of CIS benchmarking.
• Runs compliance reports and supports the audit process.
• Measures SOC performance metrics and communicates the value of security operations to business leaders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for any Information Security audits/observation/queries
• Contribute individually or as a team member to close all the Information Security Findings and ensure closure of all such internal/external audit observation
• Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network & system vulnerabilities.
• Help in fixing detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
• Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Three-Five plus years of Experience as an Information Security analyst
• Sound knowledge in the security controls like SIEM, VAPT, Firewall, WAF, proxies, IDPS concepts, Data Leak prevention & Endpoint Protection (EDR/XDR).
• Good understanding of Patch Management, threats, risks, compliance, and other aspects of security governance.
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Education/Qualification Masters
