Sr. Data Analyst
The\r\n Sr. Data Analyst supports multiple ERP deployments providing leadership\r\n in driving data solutions and data migration activities utilizing \r\nestablished processes with a primary focus in one or more functional \r\nareas. The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible to provide technical \r\nleadership, data functional excellence with the ability to translate \r\nbusiness requirements into technical solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Data Solutions Strategy Design
.Enforce common development methodologies for Data Migrations into core ERP applications
.Enforce the Management Operating System (MOS) for the Central Data Services organization
.Establish\r\n or enforce best practices needed for new data solutions implementations\r\n working closely with the functional COE, other data stakeholders and \r\nco-source partners
.Establish or enforce implementation & release management policies
.Establish or enforce data quality assessment processes
.Support Data Leads in managing data delivery
Implementing Data Migrations Policies, Standards and Training
.Assume\r\n the ownership of ERP Global Design Model data solutions, working \r\nclosely with Functional teams and data leads to drive data migration \r\ndelivery for ERP deployments, projects and enhancements
.Drive data rationalization process, implementation and change management
.Drive data quality standards as part of ERP deployments
.SME on technical environment/ tools for own area of expertise
.Provide\r\n oversight and direct activities related to analysis, design and \r\nimplementation of technical data management solutions on larger projects\r\n
.Functional and technical impact analysis of potential changes to the Integration environment
.Creation of design documents and estimates for new project efforts
.Overall ETL solution design and creation of design specifications to implement changes
.Comply\r\n with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, \r\ntesting and deployment activities as established by departmental and \r\norganizational standards
.Support development, testing and deployment project deliverables
.Research,\r\n evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code \r\nefficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from \r\nsmall to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems
.Collaborate with data leads, developers in support of project planning, technical design, development and solution delivery
.Identify opportunities in business processes, system capabilities and delivery methodologies for continuous improvement
.Works autonomously as a data analyst and lead a diverse range of tasks and is relied upon to coach others
Project Management
.Partner\r\n with data leads in the overall data delivery plan with the extended \r\ndata services team members, deployment project managers, and co-source \r\npartners
.Ability to multi-task supporting multiple projects concurrently
.Collaborate with the EIM/Data Management organization to ensure data quality standards and measures are met
.Actively\r\n participate in walkthrough, inspection, review and user group meetings \r\nfor data migration implementation, with a high focus on data quality
.Communicate\r\n and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and \r\nenhancements that may impact data, workflows and /or functionality \r\nwithin Information Technology software
.Create metrics and status reports for projects
.Manage and run meetings with co-source colleagues, Data Leads and other data stakeholders for various projects
