Full job description

We are looking for Accounts Data Entry Process executive.

Language: - English communication is Must.

Degree: B. Com, B.B.A, M.B.A (accounts, commerce related graduates)

Joining: Immediate joiner only required. 

Minimum 2 years experienced only.

Meet /exceed all the process as agreed with the client

Ensure compliance of all process requirements is not less than 100%.

Ensure individual productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year.

Meet process data / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.

Updating vendor master, processing simple PO and non PO invoices, maintaining vendor balances, processing tax and garnishment corrections/updates, handling price differences, contract and catalog processing and upload, basic spend analysis & reporting, purchase requisitions processing, PO management, master data administration, Po expediting and maintaining the tracking sheets for customer satisfaction.
Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and team leads.
Respond to data requests and process predefined number of transactions as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Schedule: Morning shift
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: Accounts data process: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English well (Preferred)
