We are looking for exceptional individuals, who has demonstrated Consulting skills as well as Advanced Analytics skills in his or her professional life.
• Atleast 3+ years of experience in the field of Data Analytics
• Atleast 3- 5 years of experience in Campaign Analytics
• Strong expertise in Marketing Analytics, focusing on Campaign Analytics
• Experience with:
o Solutioning Modeling using Machine Learning techniques
o Campaign Designing
o Audience Building
o A/B Testing
o RoI Estimation
o Market / Media Mix Modelling
o Campaign RoI Estimation
o Markdown Calculation
o Campaign Simulation
o Attribution Modelling
o Python / R, Statistics, Mathematics
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience in building/validating and deploying predictive models using techniques like Tree based algorithms- Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, SVM, Nave Bayes, Deep Learning RNN, CNN, LSTM, Logistic Regression/Multiple Linear Regression, Forecasting using ARIMA/VAR, etc.
• Good understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminologies
• Good Communication skill to ideate and present to the final stakeholders
• Capability building.
