Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

• Create machine learning solutions, including artificial intelligence, for a diverse set of
• problems. Main area of work involves anomaly detection from performance data of Telecom
• network elements.
• Employ structured approaches to leveraging large data sets to uncover new insights and devise
• ways to detect and heal the mal-functioning systems.
• Drive acquisition of new data sources from System test, Service teams and customers.
• Choose appropriate Unsupervised ML Algorithms for the given problem domain.
• Curate the data and arrive at data sets to train the ML algorithms.
• Continuously monitor the performance of the deployed AI/ML solution and fine tune the system.
• Building complex data sets from multiple data sources.
• Build learning systems to analyze and filter continuous data flows and offline data analysis.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to determine trends and significant data relationships.
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and
• improvement of action plans.
• Develop custom data models to drive innovative business solutions.
• Scale new algorithms to large data sets.
• Train algorithms to apply models to new data sets.
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
• Research new techniques and best practices within the industry.
• Utilize system tools including (Python, R, SQL, Hadoop).
• Validate models and algorithmic techniques.
• Work with cross-functional teams within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science and 4 years data science experience OR Master of Science and 3 years
• data science experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• High proficiency in data mining, modeling, validation and insight generation.
• Excellent working knowledge of statistics, mathematics and unsupervised machine learning
• algorithms, Real-time Data streaming.
• High proficiency in coding languages, including Python and SQL.
• Ability to work with large data sets. Has a sound understanding of big data technology stack.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and large-scale databases
• Proven ability to collaborate and work in teams
• Excellent with communications and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to work in agile mode on data science projects
