Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
· Develop database schemas, tables and dictionaries.
· Excellent understanding of SQL programming – Joins, sub-queries and in-memory tables
· Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming – procedures, functions, triggers etc.
· Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
· Prepare documentation for data model and data flow.
· Understand and implement Performance improvements of applications, including memory management for database systems
· Understand and implement regular database backup processes
· Perform functional testing of applications and perform bug fixes.
· Provide authentication and authorizations for Database
· Develop best practices for database design and development activities.
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
