Job Description

• Delivery Manager Will Essentially Manage Multiple Customer Accounts Or A Single Large Account Having Multiple Sub-Projects Handled By Multiple PMs.
• This Role Maintains The Big Picture Of The Portfolio Of Accounts And Is Responsible For Delivery And Growth Of These Accounts.
• Will Work With Leads, Architects, Project Managers, And Delivery Partner And Will Act As The Delivery SPOC For Pre-Sales, Solutions, And Execution Planning.
• Unique Experience Will Help Drive Customer Experience And Customer Centricity To Ensure A High Level Of Performance Is Sustained.
• Key owner for the delivery of all the projects in the assigned portfolio
• Responsible for the delivery of the projects intime with the highest quality for the signed off scope
• Understands the vision of customers that he she manages their services and products
• Collaborate with customers to understand their road map and define strategies to achieve those road map of the projects
• Products own the plan estimation
• Schedule resourcing and execution of individual projects
• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques owner of attributes of raci across projects
• Should be able to liaison btw teams and different stake holders
• Establish a strong governance across the projects and at the portfolio level point of escalation for all the project managers, test managers and other track leads
• Work along with the account team and sales team to meet the needs of portfolio ensure that all the resourcing needs are well addressed ahead of time giving time for preparing for the assignment
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects
• Managing stakeholders and client communication
• Managing program scope and establishing change management process
• Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document status reports
• Should be able to make program level decision and be accountable for the same strong control over finance management be the leader for the team.
