Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling MIS related automation setups, ISMS & Audit / SIP / Purchase / posting controls / all FT/NFT processing
• Handling the daily process, monitoring the team, and regulatory requirements
• Regulatory MIS / Daily MIS Status update to AMC / internal team
• To take care of internal / external audit requirements
• Clear response to the internal / external emails with-in agreed TAT
• Interact / Follow-up with AMC / Channel / Exchange
• Should take over the additional responsibilities assigned from time to time
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Preparing SLA as per AMC requirements
• Ensure and monitor day to day deliverables within the agreed TAT
• Meeting client requirements as per SLAs in terms of Quality and TAT
• Ensure all the Adhoc MIS requirements are delivered on time to clients and internal teams.
• To review the MIS team staff periodically and coach the team effectively.
• To be the first point of contact for escalation and ensure immediate resolution.
• To co-ordinate with tech team, DBA, BI team members and other internal teams for timely data generation
• Review the processes periodically & initiate system change to automate manual processes
• Flexible to work in shifts
