Job Description
Support Store Manager in achieving the monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales goals for the store/ outlet.
• To act as the process controller and serve as a point of contact for employees, suppliers, and vendors alike with reference to issues on the process.
• Support Store manager in the overall safety and security measures for the store/ outlet
• To equip the workforce with the knowledge, skill, process training, and tools required to handle customers.
• To be the process catalyst for a pleasant customer experience
• To coordinate between Store & Showroom on process efficiency and effectiveness
