Job Description:-

Responsibility:

• Designing and Fabrication of Armoured specification Track Vehicles for military applications.

• Designing enclosure  of Electrical and Electronic Control System.

• In-depth Knowledge and experience in FRP Technology and manufacturing of Fiberglass Automobiles,

• Interiors, Trims, Body Parts and Misc. Products.

• Comprehensive Knowledge in Ballistic and Armouring Techniques.

• Structural Designing, Styling, and Manufacturing of Military & Commercial Automobiles.

• Design subsystems and components to meet vehicle performance requirements including human factors, safety, environmental, ballistic and mine blast requirements.

• Conduct design, integration and analysis of mechanical components, mechanisms and shock attenuation systems for mounting devices.

• Apply mechanics of materials, material selection, welding, and fabrication principles for mechanical components and complex welded brackets, mounting provisions.

• Support various projects by doing analysis & design, drawing mark-ups, tolerance stacks and generating source data for engineering changes.

• Write material requests and shop work requests, track delivery and stock of parts, participate in integration reviews, fit checks, and write reports.

• Provide support to prototype and production vehicle build and follow-up, technical corrective action formulation, troubleshooting and redesign activities.

• Conduct failure analysis and corrective action. 

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university. A Master degree in any of the preceding disciplines may be substituted for one year of general experience. 

Required Skills: 

• A minimum total of 5 years' experience in development or integration of mounting structures and electronics enclosures for electrical/electronic systems including:

• A minimum of three years' experience in analysis, development or integration of ground vehicle mounting structures and electronics enclosures for electrical/electronic systems.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills are needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently.

• Effective written and oral communication skills are also required to work well with all levels of staff and managers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
