- Flair for designs and shapes. Should have a natural talent, creativity and imagination.
- Will be accountable for not just designing the pieces, but also suggesting the glaze, paint and decoration.
- Apart from carrying out hands-on ceramics design and creation activities, you will have to research designs and new materials, build and promote a creative and vibrant portfolio and liaise with clients, other craftsmen, museums and galleries.
- To drum up trade for their creations, these people will display their work at craft fairs, exhibitions and trade shows.
- You will not be involved in the production process but will have to focus all their efforts on design.
