Job Description
- Give Permanent fix to the desktop, printer problems, basic LAN & server Support issues.
- Load/ Reload standard build operating system configurations.
- Installation & troubling shooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
- Installation of anti- virus on desktops and remove virus.
- Escalate the problem to the technical specialist & to regional/ National Team Leads if not resolved Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners.
- Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of customer.
- Installation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applications.
- Installation / configuration /Troubleshooting of e-mail clients Good Communication Skills Ready to access any Technical Challenges and Adhere Process of IT Security If you are looking for a change
