Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage build and release pipelines from development through critical production deployments.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ensuring best practices including security standards.
• Supporting onboarding of new employees.
• Managing & creating process documents.
• Guiding customers with issues.
• Following up with them if issues has been fixed for confirmation.
• Briefing about new rollout of new features.
• Manning multiple tickets at the same time.
• Tracing logs and infra related issues.
• Delegating the issue with correct stockholders and following up with them if required.

Expected and Desired Skills

• Proficiency with Windows/Linux
• Debugging and problem-solving skills
• Any cloud exp is preferred (Aws, Azure or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of anyone programming language.
• Understanding of SQL and basic DB administration tasks.
• Interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
• Good written and verbal communication

Experience & Education

• An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Software Engineering/Computer Science
• Go getter attitude and open to learn from various challenges
• open to work in 24*7 environment
