Job Description
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media and EDM) to ensure brand, image and messaging consistency for the healthcare brand (range of products)
- Design creative posts (2d and 3D using Adobe creative suite) or other software tools (e.g. Flexclip)
- Design short motion graphics or product illustration videos
- Analyse performance data of social media and email marketing campaigns. Create monthly reports and post-campaign reports
- Develop thematic and tactical online digital marketing campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customers engagement and measure the campaigns effectiveness
- Responsible for the social media marketing budget as well as meeting overall organization marketing objectives
- Collaborate with the various departments on the implementation and execution of digital marketing activities, to increase customers satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Provide digital training to recommend best practices and share the latest digital trends with partners
