Job Description
Key Deliverables: • Must manage all online platforms – Ecommerce and marketplaces. • Successful on-boarding of Aldeno on various fashion platforms. • Establish search rank and SEO, create warm leads and referrals, run effective ad campaigns, customer engagement and interactive contents. • Increase website traffic and optimize the expenses for meaningful conversions. • Generate Sales and increased revenue with high ROAS (Return on Ads spent). • Manage social media marketing on daily basis. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc) • Have complete knowhow of the commercials involved in each process and should have high analytical skills to manage Order to cash analysis. • Provide management reports in relation to orders/costing /Volume/ Sales and channel wise sales reports on -monthly / quarterly /half yearly/ yearly basis. • General health management of website and all active marketplaces. • Be technically & commercially well versed to be able to make business profitable. • Upload right line of products – core and fashion line round the year. • Sales analysis for bestsellers, customer reviews and market trend analysis to plan replenishments and increase sales. • Highly contribute to the sales and growth of the brand.
