Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience is needed

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms with high focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create social media campaigns that align with business objectives
• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to create sponsored content that aligns with our brand values and messaging
  

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to analyze and report on performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
